I see a lot of people using the application that updates your Facebook status every time you post a tweet. The challenge here is, your Facebook friends that aren’t using Twitter will be confused by the RT’s and @’s running down you wall.
Especially when you get very active in the Twitterverse, and really start mixing it up with everyone. I’ve created a quick video to show you how to update your Facebook status from Twitter – BUT choose which tweets you want to remain only on Twitter… super cool!

Great app, however I’m not sure it solves my problem.
I use WP plugins on 2 blogs to automatically post URL’s for my new blog entries to Twitter. And then from Twitter, they get posted to Facebook. The automation doesn’t allow me the chance to enter #fb in between updating Twitter and Facebook.
Any thoughts for this situation?

Thanks so much for this info. I’ve been trying to be a bit conservative as far as retweeting, just for this reason. Now that I know and have implemented a way to RT without blasting way too much stuff to Twitter I’ll be able to help others on a much larger level.
