A little story for you… I was hangin’ at my desk writing a marketing piece, and a song came on that made me think of just this. So what did I do? I turned on the handy dandy little video camera and caught some footage for ya.

When I heard the chorus of this song, it made me realize that people just are taking the time to do the little things that matter because they are in such a rush. It’s those little things that truly matter when building a business online… and their totally missing out on them!

Check out the video to hear the song:

WHEW! It is soo hard to be patient! Alot of people get into network marketing ready to make their money instantly… and when that doesn’t happen… they often give up. You are so right Eric it is about being patient and creating those relationships.

    Thanks for this valuable reminder!
    The gift of patience! :)

      Amanda,

Patience seems to be one of the
hardest things for us has humans
      to acquire.

When we chill out and relax into our
days, things start to unfold beautifully.

    Hey Eric
Patience is totally important and I am glad that you brought it up. Without patience, we get all stressed out and nothing flows. When we are in that state where we can just relax and chill, things happen so easier like you said.
So thanks for the video and thanks for the song.
    Talk later.

Patience is KEY Steve.. you got it!

When we are relaxed, we are going
with the flow of the Universe… it’s when
we start rushing that we are pushing against
and that’s why we feel the discontent.

The Marathon my friend. Enjoy the now, and dream for the future. It’s about gratitude my friend. We have so much to be thankful for. That doesn’t mean we can strive for a better future…

PS….my goal this year is to get you some singing lessons. Don’t ever do that again. Just kidding man…love the authenticity

      Nick,

      Haha… singing lessons!

It is about the Marathon, and not
the Sprint. To many people are trying
to sprint and they are missing out on so
      many beautiful things in life:)

My pleasure Julianne… it really is about chillin’
out to enJOY the moment. People are always
in a rush to get to a happy life… when it’s the
happy moments that create a happy life!

      Darlene,

Happy I can make you smile! Crank
those tunes… chill out and watch the
      MAGIC that happens.

The Universe is always working in our
favor… it’s in our rushing that we are
trying to control conditions… which is
IMPOSSIBLE to do, and that’s where
      the resistance/nervousness/worry all
      comes in.

      To chillaxin’…

    Hey Eric
Thanks man! I needed this post today. I so love that song, I’m gonna head over to itunes and pick it up so when I start to feel rushed I can put it on and dance around my office with hairbrush (aka microphone) in hand belting it out just like you did here. BTW – like your style.

    You rock my friend!!

Great reminder, Eric!. Love what you said about being in the right vibration. Things go SO much more smoothly when I’m not trying to “force” them. There’s also a great saying about getting somewhere too soon……sometimes there’s a reason certain things take longer to happen – and if we try to push to get there ahead of when we’re supposed to, there’s nothing for us when we arrive because our timing is “off”.
Thanks, Eric@! Great stuff, as usual!

    Eric,

Great tip! Really is man. So applicable at this stage in my life. I mean, if all I focus on is needing success, clients, now now now! I totally see how that can, and will screw me haha. It will also rob me of the joy experienced on the journey. Right onnn dude!

Thanks for the great post. You are so right, whenever I get \"overanxious\" about things not happening as fast as I would like, it always helps if I take some time and back away and \"calm down\" and it always seems like something good happens. This was a great reminder.

      Hey Lisa,

All the action in the world can’t buck the
      current/vibration of that overanxiousness.

In those times it’s time to chill… clean up
the vibration and then get back at it.
