If this is where you’re at, then this post will HELP you…

If it’s not, there are some really GOOD golden nuggets in my video below that have to do with having desire and getting what you want.  I’m going to keep the typing brief on this post as I really share a lot with you in the video.

Eric, this video was very helpful. You are right you can really get caught up in trying to make things happen. Desire, yes what a pain sometimes. Thanks for the advice. I will take it.

Hey Pamela,

My pleasure. We will always have
desire, but if we just chill out and relax
the mind… then we are in a place to ‘hear’
how to attain it.

Smiles :)

Hi Eric,

Thaks so much for this. You are so right about people, places and things showing up when you just chill out, let go of the outcome.
My Mum has always told me that I shouldn’t keep wanting things. She thinks that I am being greedy. I believe however that it is totally natural human behaviour to want to better yourself.
The key here is to ask for the things that you desire and then concentrate on what you have already that you are grateful for. Maybe you feel that there isn’t much to be grateful for at the moment but if you really look you will find things. What about the computer you are reading this on, or the eyes that help you see this? This will really raise your vibrations so that you can start to attract your desires.
Eric, I am an EFT Practitioner and soon to be Meta Medicine Health Coach. I found EFT was the missing piece in my study of the Law of Attraction. I can combine the two beautifully and see miracles happening all the time. EFT works really well for frustration!
Over the past few years I have tried setting up blogs but then have found that they were around things that I wasn’t that passionate about. Whenever I had a few technical hitches they would be ditched! This time I want to do it properly and realise the importance of branding myself. It seems that everytime I think, “I really need to know how to do……” I receive an email or find a blog that points me in the right direction.
That is how I found yours. So today Eric I am grateful for finding your blog and everything that I am learning! The feeling that you are being truly authentic shines through like warm sun rays and I am enjoying soaking them up!
Best wishes,
Cathy x

Hey Cathy,

THANK YOU for the awesome comment!

I acknowledge the authenticity in your
share, I really felt it as I was reading your
words.

As long as you create a brand around
your passion, the bumps and the techie
challenges become no big deal.

The rampage of appreciation you just
went on was beautiful. I do them all the
time to bring me back into alignment.

I really appreciate you for sharing here
today…. you make a difference:)

Hey Eric..

Thanks for the reminder to “chill out”. Lately I’ve been setting some very shirt term goals to avoid feeling frustrated when I see I’m not where I wanna be, but it feels good knwoing that as humans “it’s gonna happen anyway”.

I’ll be weird too.. and talk to myself when it does

thanks for his video

hey Hector,

Chilling out puts us in the place
of ‘allowing’. It’s such a great place
to be…

Be weird and talk into the mirror:)

Thanks for the great message, Eric. I really like your repetitive focus on self-talk. It’s so much easier to watch what we say to others, such as our children, than what we allow ourselves to tell ourselves. I have been getting better at it, again, but it’s a habit I fall out of easily. That’s why I love having a constant influx of positivity – to serve as a shield against self-defeating negativity. “Watch your coffee!”

Stefan,

Self talk has been a great tool for
me… I love talking to myself out loud,
it changes the way I feel.

No coffee my friend… just passion:)

Eric,
Thank you for sharing this message today. Opening up to all that is around, you will become aware of opportunities that come your way. You are so correct in saying that this is key. This is a perfect step after your affirmations.

You’re already talking to yourself, why not acknowledge it and utilize it for your well being. Awesome post today,

Hi Eric,

Great insights here about chilling out. Self-talk sure does help.

So does living in the moment; being fine and happy with who we are — where we are. When we do this, we’re much more attuned to all the possibilities that constantly surround us.

Thanks for all your energy,

resistance, bringing us back into alignment.

I think this GREAT post (as usual) is vibrational match with what I’m thinking right now, and in fact if you watch my latest post, you’ll find the same concept, put in other words…Wouldn’t it be nice if THIS moment was crucial for our growth, happiness, and success? Wouldn’t it be nice to always BE in the moment? Wouldn’t it be nice to always remember our connection to Source? Wouldn’t it be nice if commenting other people’s blogs was the best way to enjoy building a personal brand, so that I don’t even have to write MY posts? ahaha

Rock on,
Francesco

Eric Goldstein May 8, 2010 at 2:30 PM

Hey Francesco,

Yes, Abraham Hicks teaches the ‘wouldn’t it
be nice’ exercise. I love doing that as well…

But affirmations are a great way to make an
affirming positive statement. The mind might
not feel it right away, but the more you say it
the more you will believe it.

Thanks for your feedback:)

Eric,

Very powerful and spot on video my friend! We really do have the ability to attract what we need into our lives as we, like you say, “relax”!

The right people, opportunities, information, etc. WILL find us if we align our mindset with what we intend to occur.

Hey Eddie,

Right on… Everyone is talking about
‘action’ as well… I’m a fan of ‘inspired action’.

So the more you chill and relax mentally,
the more you will be inspired to take certain
actions…

And the right people, places and things will
show up in your life… rock it bro!

Great video Eric. Things can come at you hard and fast in this game and that’s when the frustrations build. Sometimes you do just have to take a step back in order to take 2 steps forward.

Right on Brian… we live in such a fast
paced society, but when we chill out and
slow down, we can ‘hear’ and ‘see’ things
we can’t when we are rushing around.

Thanks for the share bro!

That was a great message. I really liked what you said about the walking part at the end of the video. It’s so true that you just can’t give up and to just take it a bit easier and allow it to happen as oppose to pushing it to happen.
Thanks

Eric,

I can totally relate to this post, as I have definitely been feeling a bit frustrated with starting my Blog and Branding myself. I’ve chosen a Blog name and I know what I want to write about but it just seems so overwhelming. I realize that I should just take action and start writing and hopefully everything will all fall into place. It’s all about our mindset and I know now that I have to flush away the “frustration” feeling and think more positive thoughts to help me reach my goals.

Thanks for giving me the confidence I needed to move forward!

Sincerely,

Dana Prieur

give up… it was overwhelming and
frustrating… but you’re walking:)

Powerful Stuff!
I love what you said about the Universe Wanting to Share it’s insight with us but cannot when we are clouded and in the wrong vibration. Sadly this is what holds so many people back. You shared so well how we can get rid of this barrier and find the true us.

I agree that this is a message Most People Need to Hear. Thanks for sharing your insight!

Hey Danielle,

It’s so true… the Universe wants to
support us wayyyyy MORE than we all
know.

It’s us that clouds things… or we get
in our own way. When we get out of
the way… and allow… the Universe delivers
in amazing ways.

Hi Jeff,

I just found your website, through Amanda-Marie’s site, and have been reading some of your posts. This one was DEAD ON and just what I needed to hear. Lately, I’ve been feeling like giving up because there’s SO MUCH info to take in and learn. At the same time, I’m LOVIN’ learning all this new stuff. It’s good to hear that I’m not the ONLY one feeling overwhelmed. Your words have touched me and given me permission to step back and take a breath. It’s gonna be okay. I know that now. That’s Jeff.
