This same sorta thing happened to me YESTERDAY! I’ve been listening to Law of Attraction materials since 2006, but a combination of all the things I’ve read and all the things I’ve listened to, all came together with this: http://bit.ly/9nqe61 “The Field” by Lynne McTaggart. I truly believe that everyone needs to hear the stories and about her reasearch.

Hey Eric,
Awesome!
First of all, thank you for being so transparent and sharing a piece of “Eric Goldstein History” with us. I was captivated by your story, how amazing that your Father was able to speak to you on that day.
I too, can remember Defining Moments in my life, decisions I knew were changing my path and carrying me to new places. When Destiny speaks, we must follow! I am reminded of the Robert Frost poem “The Road Less Traveled” when it says “Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and being one traveler lone I stood, and looked down one as far as I could….I…I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.” I try and make all my decisions this way – taking the path that has the most promise. I’m glad you went back to retrieve the tape that day, because I think your “road less traveled” that day was hearing the message. Keep sharing from your heart, it becomes you.
Your Friend,
Krista
Krista,
Thank you for the beautiful message!
I enjoying sharing more and more of my
life with my readers… it feels so good to
be transparent.
Your reminder about the 2 roads is so
perfect right now. I had a big decision
to make today… and it was a biggie…
and I took that road that felt right.
So thank you so much for sharing here.
I really appreciate you for who you are!
I just saw the video and all I can say is thanks for sharing. It is nice to see someone you read sharing and talking, it is just one of the wonders the internet do bringing distant people closer… people who would not probably interact otherwise. Nice.
Hey Gibb,
My pleasure on sharing that story
via video with you. I love video just
for that fact like you said… it brings
people closer together.
Lot’s more on the way buddy!
What a beautiful story. I have had so many life changing moments in my life time. The trick is to “see” it. I think my faith came to me when my husband David was diagnosed with prostate cancer and it looked pretty grim. Long story short, we went to a place in the Bronx where there was healing waters like “Lourdes” There was a room with statues in it. I looked at David kneeling and praying to the statue of Mary.
My prayer was “What the hell am I supposed to do?” The answer in my head was Nothing! Right then I knew …I really knew he was in the hands of God and not mine.
I let go. Being a control freak this was hard to do. But at that moment it came easy and I understood letting go. The surgery was so successful with a top doc that did robotic surgery. There was no need for chemo or radiation. No need for anything.
Within 6 months he was in full recovery.
This sticks out in my mind because I learned like those bumper stickers say:
“Let go and let God” All I have to do is listen to that inner voice that directs me and act upon it, even if it doesn’t make any sense at the time.
So folks, listen to that inner voice, because it will always bring you to your truth.
Blessings, Donna
Donna,
Thank you for sharing so openly here
in the community. I get a lot of feedback
that the comments on the posts give a lot
of value to the readers.
When we ‘let go and let god’… we stop
fighting and lesson the resistance, and
we allow the Universe to bring us what
it’s trying to bring us.
Truly inspired by your story with David:)
Eric,
I love this video post. Thanks for being so authentic and sharing such a personal experience with us. I recently realized we are both Landmark Graduates and that made me feel even more connected to you but then you shared this… I have a moment very similar… in fact many moment like that…. I would be here for hours trying to type it out. I am inspired now to go to the park and shot a video response… so be on the look out!
Live a juicy life!

here with a comment.. would love
to check it out:)
Wow Eric, that is a powerful story. Made me cry! Thanks for being you and sharing your heart with the world. You’re amazing.
My big defining moment was the decision to move to California. I was in a terrible relationship and in a job that was going nowhere and everyone was trying to convince me to stay, but I knew there was more for me to experience and explore. I sold my car, shipped my belongings and moved to San Diego where my friend needed a roommate. It changed my life and I wouldn’t be the same person if it wasn’t for that decision. Moving to California set me on my path of awakening. What a blessing!
Hey Jenni,
Thank you… it’s a part of my life that
means a lot, and has made me into who
I am today.
The thing I love about you is that you
follow your heart/emotions. When we
do that, we go in the direction of our
desires.
Keep following that path:)
Thanks for sharing sucha deeply personal story. It brought tears to my eyes. As I too lost a father at a young age, I have always believed his presence to be with me. In University I looked to my professors for inspiration and guidance. I was given a very low mark by my closeset teacher who told me that my work whould be published. It took all the courage I could muster, with tears running down my eyes to question him on it. From there I went to the dean of the school and demanded a higher grade!. It was done. I learned to always ask what you believe you deserve becausse often times you’ll get it. It works with raises too! I learned that I had to be strong for myself.
Hey Cheryl,
Thank you for sharing your story
here. It’s so good to see people
sharing themselves for the better
good of all.
Your dad’s presence will always be
with you… keep smiling BIG!
Hi Eric,
When I am having a chit chat with my colleagues an idea flashed in my mind which I executed in my Group-1 examination. To my surprise, I ranked top in that examination. At that I felt that without that incident I would not be qualified. Later I realised that it was the God/universe responded for my intense passion. I think that was my defining moment in my life. What I would like to say is that when we are so passionate about our intentions nature responds undoubtedly.

Praveenben,
You ROCK buddy! Great moment…
Yes, when we are passionate about
what we are doing, we are in alignment
with our Source… and then EVERYTHING
that we presume to be good, comes towards
us.
Have a great day:)
Hi Eric,
´s last blog ..The Law Of Laws (part 3) =-.
Wow! Thank you for sharing your defining moment with us. While I was watching so many things came up and I will share some of them with you. Although, this was some time ago, I am sure you will relate to it now.
First and foremost, we live in an orderly universe where everything happens for a reason – so, there are no coincidences and no accidents. The words coincidence and accident are used to advertise ignorance of the Universal Laws of Nature which are always at work everywhere at all times. What you experienced is a beautiful SYNCHRONICITY. And sometimes without being consciously aware, we have subconscious blocks that vibrate at a certain low vibration (all blocks are low vibrating) and attract more of the same low vibration – so things pile up on top of each other like they did for you this day. (By the way, how did you drive with a suspended license?)
The Universe loves to give us our desires and to see us in perfect health and prosperity. But we have a free will and have to ask for what we desire with the high vibration of our desires. If it seems that the Universe is not giving to us – and it certainly seems that way for you then – this means that you have unresolved issues with your father. So when you started to tell us of all that was going on, this was exactly what came to my head. And then your friend asked you exactly about your father. He was right on the money and for sure was listening carefully to his inner guidance – consciously being aware of what he was doing or not. And this was a great synchronicity for you. I see so many valuable lessons in your story…including the fact that I started reading your blog now…
Thank you with all my heart for showing us the authentic you. I truly appreciate you.
Infinite love and gratitude to you,
Venus

Hey Venus,
A big WOW right back at ya! Thank you
for the beautiful comment. I don’t believe
in coincidences either… to me it was a big
synchronistic day!
Yes, I believe that there was resistance that
I was holding onto about my father up until
that moment…. and the amazing feeling of
relief I felt was the releasing of them.
I want you to know that I appreciate your
share more than my words can describe.
THANK YOU for being an amazing being:)
Eric,
What an amazing story bro!
I appreciate that you shared it here on your blog!
I’ve also had a few moments in my life when I really became aware that they were indeed defining moments for my future.
One of them was when I just like you, was introduced to personal development and Law of Attraction through “The Secret”… I had never heard of that law before and by synchronicity, I found it on Youtube…or at least the first 20 minutes of it…then I was sold and had to see the whole movie… and when I finally got to see it.. it just made so much sense to me and I got goose bumps all over my body.
The rest is history. It set me on a new path in life when I realized that I could create my own reality by just changing my thoughts…
Ever since that night I’ve been expanding my reality by reading and studying a lot of self-help and personal development material.
The Secret may not be the deepest and most profound book about personal growth, but it surely served it’s purpose and opened my eyes to a completely new world that I’m really grateful to have got to know.
Once again, thanks for sharing Eric.
I appreciate you and all that you do! You rock my friend!

It’s been great getting to know
you more and more. Thank you

The Secret was one of the books that
was a game changer for me to. I had
been listening, reading and going to a
lot of personal development stuff… but
that DVD open my eyes to a whole new
perspective.
I appreciate you brotha man!
Eric,
Thank you for sharing this part of you. I knew you on a deep level from the first time we talked on the phone and now I know why. We both lost a parent at a young age (I lost my Mom at 10), personal development has changed both of us, Landmark and others.
Here is a defining moment, I found myself one day in 1997ish, my week had mounted all of “these things” against me and I was the common denominator in all of it. Later when I learned that we are the creator of our reality I was devastated that I created “these things” and “these things” empowered me to change what I was creating. I said ” I have too much life to live to continue in this way, something must change and that is me”.
Thanks for being you.

It’s in our so called ‘darkest’ moments
that our biggest desires are born.. all
from the contrasting experiences.
Keep rockin’ YOU!
Talk about special moments? 26 years ago my wife and I got to have lunch with President Reagan. The story of our experience and our reluctance to be part of the event only makes the story more telling.
