I’m shot a quick video tutorial walking you step by step on how to do this using Google Docs . I have to tip my hat to Google on this one… they really delivered!

Teacher to students: In my case at UWSP,
Any kind of Online business where you have
a list of people and you want feed back.
Some years back I had a cleaning business, many employees and many clients. I also had a website, this tool would have great to use to get feedback from my clients.
I wounder if you can design the back ground with a business logo to make it more personalized?
