BIG Energy Gets BIG Results… How Is Your Energy?

by Eric Goldstein

Remember back in school when you learned about Newtons ‘Law of Motion’?

If not let me refresh your memory…

To every action there is always an equal and opposite reaction!

So you have to take that into consideration when you are sitting down to work on your business. If you bring little energy, you’re going to get ‘little’ results… make sense?

Everything is energy my friend. You are, the car you’re driving is… and the actions you are taking within your business are as well. So if EVERYTHING is energy, and there is an equal reaction to every action… Why wouldn’t you bring BIG energy to ALL you do?

The Universe basically matches the energy you put into something… it’s all attraction. If you learn to harness this one skill, you will see a MAJOR difference in the results you are getting in your business… and your life!

I shot a video for you today explaining this more in detail and I give you a few tips on what you can do to put yourself in a peak state. Check it out:

Therese…

Always love your replies! You’re right
on with what we GIVE is what we get.

The Universe matches our vibration, so
if we are GIVING BIG energy, then we
get BIG energy in the form of results.

Keep up the Awesomeness:)

I believe in energy as well, Motion creates emotion. I use a punching bag and sometimes I beat it up pretty good but it gets my blood flowing and I feel more alert..

Thanks for ANOTHER great post Eric!

hi Eric, Great video.. Did you by chance see that video w/ Tony Robbins, Frank Kern, and I think it was Ryan Deiss? It was all about working w/ the principle of certainty and how that totally builds your energy and creates focus.

That video made a big difference for me. I think a lot of people stay stuck in low energy because they just don’t have the right skills and knowledge that will take them out of cynicism or victimization.

Most of us will stay in low energy until we get so sick of it that we will do whatever it takes to change. Part of that is shifting self-perception, part is acquiring skills and taking action.

Thanks for sharing these valuable tips..very helpful stuff for anyone who is ready to change!

peace, Kevin Doherty

I love it when physics and psychology come together!

I was told once that money is energy. It flows into your life and out of your life like electricity through a light bulb. You just have to control how much of that energy you let flow. The higher wattage light bulb uses more energy than the low wattage bulb, but it also also gives off much more light.

In other words, the more you give, the more you receive. People need to give, to share their passions everyday. That’s what will increases energy.

Beautifully said Jason!

Your are so right. When we are
in a state of GIVING, we are vibrating
at a high frequency.

Everything is about attraction, so when
you are in that state of GIVING, you are
attracting amazing things into your life.

I appreciate all of your great words and

Hi Eric,

Thank you for sharing your message. I couldn’t agree with you more that our own state of mind and energy levels have a direct impact on how we perform in business and interact with people.

When we bring energy and enthusiasm to the table, we are engaged and likey to produce big results in whatever endeavor we are pursuing.

I love talking with people who are passionate–they just exude so much energy and it can facilitate a higher level of being connecting.

I want to thank you for your incredible leadership and your giving nature. All that energy that you radiate will come come full circle and will open up new doors for you.

Some of the things I do to increase my energy levels is to go for a run, bike, have an apple, or connecting with a friend!

Thanks so much for your inspiring post!

Could not agree more, my friend. I just quit smoking at the age of 37 because ENERGY is so important. While I always have had the energy for work, it’s getting to a point where running on the beach is getting a little harder. Smoking also makes your metabolism sluggish and causes you to want to move less.

That rebounder-idea sounded interesting. Funny, but defiately very interesting.

You are such a likeable and energy-rich person, it’s no miracle people are getting attracted do you like that.

Having said that: time to go running. Thanks Eric.

I want to acknowledge you for stepping

some sort of ritual to keep you on that path,

What really gets my energy pumping is to go and work out. There are many days when I say to myself, “I just don’t have the energy to go to the gym or I’m too tired.” Then I drag my sorry butt there and after wards I’m pumped. I’m fired up and then I just slam out what I need to, it works every time for me.

likes to MOVE… when we MOVE we
vibrate at a higher level.

Thanks again buddy!

I love running on a treadmill. Even 5 minutes of running increases my energy level dramatically. Also while I run I visualize realization of my goals. They seem very achievable with my energy at the peak.

Thank you Eric for another great post.

Great post Eric. I personally like the “dacing around like mad” energy boost. It’s such a great charge to put on some music, grab a hair brush and do my best rock star impression. Makes me giggle – and we all know what a “magnet” and energy enhancer that laughter can be. Right on target today my friend. Thanks!

Eric, your message came at a perfect time! I’m in the process of making some major changes to my entrepreneurial endeavors and was starting to feel overwhelmed. The minute my energy started getting “smaller”, my results suffered. It was surprising to see how quickly everything came to a standstill!

I KNOW how to create BIG energy, but I somehow forgot how important it is – and I never considered how I could consciously maintain it, until I saw your video. For me, it can be as big as taking a walk to the top of the mountain near my studio, or as simple as posting an inspiring “tweet” to share with others.

Many thanks, Eric! I’m definitely passing this on to all my friends!

I agree with every fiber of my being! First thing each and every day, I STRETCH my body, mind and spirit with a 30-40 minutes of yoga, conscious connection and visualization. Sometimes there is some “weed pulling,” or grooming negativity into its most positive state. Also, “peak” can vary day to day, yet it’s important to reach for my personal best. Thank you for your eloquent description, and for sending it out into the world!

In true synchronistic glory, your reinforcement arrived as I sit poised on the edge of my grandest endeavor to date. Words of encouragement from the universe! Thank You!

Glad to make a new friend, Eric!

Got to LOVE the Universe Mary!

Your are so right on with the ‘peak’
state varying on a daily basis… and
one of the keys is to feel the best you
can from where you are each day, which
might not be the same as the day before.

Thank you for stoppin’ by:)

The world is one huge ball of energy and if we want to have some of that energy, we\’ve got to give it first. Everything you were saying is so so true. Morning rituals are definitely the best way to get your energy flowing for the whole day. When I stick to my routine I have awesome results in my life. When I don\’t stick to it, I can feel it. Thanks for giving us all such great energy Eric!

Danielle,

Most people think that when they
are tired they should rest… most of
the time it means they need to MOVE.

Motion creates emotion!

You are so right about the fact that you attract the same thing you are feeling. I have noticed it in a lot of people including myself somedays. It never fails that when you are down, things just don\’t seem to happen for you, but when you are full of energy and happy, then things just seem to fall in your lap. Great Info

Hi Eric! Music is like a drug to me and just boosts my energy. When I go out to a nightclub etc, I dance non-stop even at home if the musics on, I dance. A friend of mine commented recently,I put the young ones to shame. It also boosts my confidence. I get so confident at times that I even jump onto the podiums just drunk with pineapple juice, not even alcohol as I don’t really like the taste of alcohol.

Nice reminder Eric. Maybe its my military experience but I work out everyday from 5AM to 7AM including a 5 mile run every day. When I try to skip a day I feel the wrath of it and can tell I’m a little more sluggish and just ugh.
Its been proven that a regular exercise routine will in fact give you more energy. That energy is a great tool for motivating one self and its truly contagious. Like Eric said even if your making calls to clients you give a vibe off, make a good one by being full of energy.
As a business owner myself I would not have it any other way! Keep up the great work Eric!
