Hey there! Welcome Back, thank you for checking back in... if you haven't yet, make sure you head over and get my FREE 7 Day 'Insider Secrets To Building Your Business Online' Course. Thanks for visiting!

People are always asking me… “Eric, what is the secret to building a business online?” I can see it in their eyes that they are looking for a strategy or the next hottest tip. Most of them are thrown back when I tell them “Be YOU… And Nobody Else!”

You can have all the strategies and tools in the world… but if you are not being YOU, then it’s all for nothing. You will still continue to chase people around, trying to get what you want. I’ve been there, done that… and its damn tiring!

So it’s truly about being yourself and being transparent. I talk more about this in the video below… Check It Out:

Hi Eric. I stopped being a people pleaser a long time ago, and i find it a healthier way to live. I have learned not to care what people say about what i am doing in my life, because the optimum word is my LIFE.

Thank you for the inspiration and the videos. Homie is cool, wish i had one.

      Hey Janice,

Happy to hear that you ‘get it’. You said
the magic words… “when we accept ourselves
      we accept others”.

    Eric,

This is such an important awe inspiring message for everyone. I like Justin’s comment about embracing it and the snowball effect and also about revisiting the videos. This is already my second time watching this video.

Just being ourselves without the worries of what others think…who could guess how liberating that would be for so many. I have had more than one person tell me in business, just as life, people have to know you, like you and trust you. If you are not being yourself you blew it on all 3 counts and people will figure it out.

Thanks again to you and your homie,
    Jacki

      Jacki,

Thanks for your good words about
my video… When we let our authenticity
flow, we connect with others that are a
match to our vibration… and it feels do
      damn GOOD!

Justin was right on with his comment. I
have certain videos and audios that inspire
me and remind me of things, that I go back
      a revisit often.

      Keep being YOU…

Your advice is absolutely correct. In the last week, I’ve been contacted by a 501-3c art organization and an art manufacturer because they liked what they saw of me. I did not seek these people out – THEY found ME! Anyone who doubts what Eric said, just think about it. Do YOU spend your time and energy on people who are NOT authentic?

    Eric,

The importance of that message just can’t be underestimated, because once you fully embrace it the snowball effect of positivity and fulfillment into other areas of your life and/or business is huge.

It’ll be good to come back to this video from time to time as a nice little reminder to just enjoy being me and to always keep it real.

You rock mate, thanks for sharing.

    Cheers, Justin.

    Hi Eric,
Great to meet you! And this IS a great message to get out. I found it to be so, so true – when I step outside that box of conformity, and let that “real me” out…amazing things start to happen. I look especially over the last year, and how just 12 months ago I never would have imagined I would have met the amazing people I have. Door DO open!

      Right on Lance!

The more that you can be YOU, the
more the things that you want show
up… it’s as simple as that.

We’ve set desires in motion from the
non-physical side of us… and when we
are being us, we are in alignment with
those desires… and they flow into our
      experience.

      Thanks for stoppin’ by:)

    Hi Eric,

    Great advise.

You are so right when try to please others we lose who we are. The more we connect with us and know what we truly are it is going to be much easy. It will be a work-in-progress for me.

    Thanks again Eric.

      Damayanthi,

We will continue to be a ‘work-in progress’.
Some think we will get to a place where we
‘get it all done’… life is ever expanding. We
      are eternally ‘incomplete’…

      Love and Light:)

    Hey Eric!

I am truly digging into this type of mentality. I was so freakin scared to do anything because I was always afraid to be judged. NOT ANYMORE! I am just going to DO ME and have fun building my own business… I mean you can’t just go out there and make this whole process a party but allow enough to mesh with great marketing and the lifestyle will follow…

    Thanks for Keepin’ It Real!

You ROCK girl! Be yourself and you will
attract so many people that want what
      you have to offer.

When we leave what everyone else thinks

      Jean,

      We can definitely find ourselves
slipping away from this at times,
and when that happens we can
      feel it emotional.

Such a great guidance system we have!

Great post Eric! You nailed it on this one my friend. Getting in touch with who you are and not trying to please everyone is so crucially important, not only to your success but to your happiness in life.

You are NEVER going to please everyone and odds are If you don’t have any enemies, or people who do not agree with you then you probably don’t know WHO you are and never stood for anything.

    Eric,

This is sooo true. I gave up the fact of trying to be a people pleaser back when I turned a senior in high school. I love your little HOMIE. It all comes back to knowing WHO you are. A lot of people don\’t know who they are. They think they do, they might do certain things to make them think they know who they are, but they don\’t. It took me A long time to figure this out. I\’m still in the process of figuring it out but I know what I want in life.

Eric, you are such an inspiration to everyone out there. I\’m so glad to have met you and everyone else.

Keep up the good work – Ryan
