Have You Become a Human DO-er Instead of a Human BE-ing?
Do you take the time to quiet your mind and just ‘BE’? The crazy thing is most of the 6 billion humans on the planet don’t. We’ve become a culture that always has to be DOing something.
It’s become the ‘in’ thing to be busy. I hear it all the time when I ask people what they’ve been up to… ‘Oh man Eric, I’ve been super busy, I can’t even catch a break’.
It’s funny, people are in a rush to retire so they can finally have TIME… but when people get more time, they just fill it up with distractions! It’s a funny concept:)
I’ve created a short VALUE packed video giving you a few simple ways to quiet your mind, and become a human BE-ing again. Watch it here now…
I feel this is something that SO many people out there can benefit from, so please ReTweet this to your Twitter friends… as well as share it with your FaceBook friends… they will THANK YOU for it later:)
Also, please leave me your feedback at the bottom of this page by posting a comment. I really enJOYed making this video for you today and would love to hear your thoughts.
Remember… creation happens when there is space. Make room for the Universe to give you what you desire!
Keep expecting those Miracles and watch the Magic that you create:)
Yours In Knowledge,
Eric Goldstein

Nice Post Eric. I agree 100% with your post. For me, I like to run and work out in the park in the early morning.
Being around the trees and breathing in the cleaner air than from the city, really helps me throughout my day.

WOW…Eric, this is great! It is very inspirational. Its nice to be reminded that we need to stop, breath, and quite the mind. I forget that sometimes. Love the meditation:) thank you…
Very helpful thoughts here, Eric. I started writing something very similar yesterday that addresses how technology has us “plugged in” all the time. Great reminder for those who are overwhelmed to just stop for a bit and quiet the mind.

I completely agree with you Eric. I take 15 minutes silent break myself to rejuvenate. Every couple hours. Meditation is definitely key also.
This was a great post. Thanks Eric!
Your Message is Awesome!
Good stuff Therese… rejuvenation
is a KEY to life!
Keep up the awesomeness:)
Eric,

Good stuff Loic… Keep shining my friend:)
Thanks Eric for sharing. Loved this post. Feeling it within myself lately. That we get so busy we forget to “slow down and smell the roses.” I have been comparing the holosync program to the equisync. They both look good. One thing that works well for me is walking outdoors or walking out in a field and sitting under a trea somewhere for a LONG time. Nature does wonders for clearing the mind. Makes you feel more connected to God.
Hey Larissa,
Nature is always a cure
for forgetting to ‘slow down
and smell the roses’.
Def do some research on
Holosync. Bill Harris has
created an amazing product.

Enjoy your day!
Eric,
You’re so right, we can never really hear what God is saying to us if we are constantly running and never stopping to think of where we are going.
In the quiet, stillness – we can hear what God is truly trying to communicate to us.

Right on Mary! It’s in that quiet and stillness
that we hear the guidance that will bring us
towards the things we’ve been asking for…
What a concept:)
