Hey Eric,
Have missed your awesome blog for a long time. Your message, “I know that,” was EXACTLY what I needed to hear today. I’ve been struggling with health issues and was on a call this morning that talked about an alkaline-based diet. Throughout the call I kept thinking, “I know that!” I’ll do a rewind and pick out the issues in that call that were meant for me.

hi eric..true about “I know” . I agree with this phrase as for myself, looking back its more like a defense mechanisms to not feel incompetent and vulnerable to change. But this awareness allows me to view it through the lens of an outsider. thanks eric

Your message is so true. I have often said those words and yet found myself not following those great suggestions. As time passes I oddly wonder why haven’t i done it especially seen i can see how they would work. Then I say “I’ll do it later” and you guessed it I DON’T. Now I know why…..I hope to change this! Soon?! I need to focus on my response and let the universe guide me into success. thanks for the tip
